3. Information Collection and Use
- Data Accessed: We access public YouTube API data (views, likes, comments) and integrate it with external data sources, including Facebook engagement data and manual market statistics.
- Purpose: Data is processed via AI (Vertex AI) to calculate the "Heat Point" index for cultural archiving and market analysis.
- Storage: To maintain a historical index of Cambodian music, data is stored for up to 90 days before being archived or refreshed.
- Data Processing and Sharing (Internal & External):
Internal Processing: Collected data (YouTube metrics and external social engagement) is processed using AI models (Google Vertex AI/Gemini) to calculate proprietary market insights. This processing is performed internally to generate the "Heat Point" index.
External Sharing: We do not sell or share raw user data or API data with any third-party marketing entities. The processed results (rankings and scores) are shared publicly on this website for cultural and historical archiving purposes.
